Job Summary
The SAP Business Analyst SD/OTC will work closely with Business users, Partners, key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for Projects and Enhancements. Convert requirements into specification documents, design, develop and test solutions. The areas of focus will include sales, shipping, invoicing, variant configuration, integration and Service management.
Responsibilities
Configuring SAP OTC functions sales, shipping, invoicing and service management areas
Develop functional specifications for programming, interfaces, reports and forms.
Hands-on expert on solution design and developing configuration documents by working closely with the technical teams.
Work with cross functional teams including Audit, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
Build process documentation and swim lane diagrams
Support the AMS team by troubleshooting production issues when necessary
SD /EWM integration is a plus Experience in S/4 HANA preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum fifteen years of SAP implementation experience for large global enterprises.
Proven track record in manufacturing industry, including SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Extensive experience in design and developing integrations with third party or other ERP systems.
Need very detailed level skills in configuring Item categories, pricing procedures, billing plans, revenue recognition,
High degree of working experience in configuring service order processing
Knowledge on ABAP is a plus

This role is hybrid & requires 4 days in the office, and 25% global travel
