Job Summary
Candidate should be capable to handle the team of 40-50 operators in the shifts and get the desire output He will be responsible for the day to day operations on the shop floor and achieved the Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Targets.
Responsibilities
Designing the manufacturing process
Managing budgets
Supervising the production team
Ensuring products are designed and produced efficiently and cost-effectively
Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for improvement
Applying new technologies and methodologies in manufacturing practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Ensuring all production equipment and processes comply with safety standards and regulations
Investigating and troubleshooting any problems that arise with processes, machinery, and operations
Coordinating with other engineers, suppliers, and customers to discuss and solve quality issues
Reviewing and improving production schedules and manpower requirements
Setting and achieving performance targets for production efficiency
Maintaining and calibrating technical equipment to ensure optimum performance
Training and supervising team members in the use of new production processes and equipment
Basic Qualifications
Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering
Production planning, Machine scheduling Loading
Trouble shooting of manufacturing processes like welding/Testing/ machining
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in handling/managing shop floor.
Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements
He has to work on site.
Key Competencies
Man Management/Leadership/Pump Testing/Welding/RT/PT/Hydro test
Proven experience in skid manufacturing/ Fabrications
Technical experience in Pump Assembly and Testing
Proficient in MS Office and SAP is essential
