Job Summary

This position will report to the Director Sales and will be responsible for the end to end delivery of the project to the customer.

Responsibilities

Execute the Project, Develop Process

• Manage the project through Proper Planning & Scheduling.
• Accountable to the Company, Customer on the milestones of the Project. Ensure strict adherence to the milestones.
• Accountable that project deliveries meet established quality criteria.
• Make project reports to various stakeholders in the organization.

Plan the Project

• Establish plans for how the project will manage scope, time, communications, budget, quality, stakeholders, human resources, risk, and procurements.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, scope statements, WBSs, etc. , in support of the proper management of the project.
• Establish targets for each of the critical performance areas for the project.

Lead the Project

• Form and develop a project team that has the competencies and capacity to deliver the project outputs
• Use contracted employees and consultants as needed.
• Organize and manage the communications and information flow within the project.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders in support of the project.
• Provide coaching to project team members.
• Evaluate the performance of project team member.
• Make decisions to move the project forward or to resolve challenges.
• Resolve conflicts that may arise.
• Improve the organization through creating best practices and lessons learned.
• Escalate issues as needed.

Manage Risk

• Identify and evaluate risks to project success.
• Develop plans to address risks, reduce and mitigate the level risk level throughout the project.

Make the Project a Success

• Ensure that the project delivers within targets for timing, budget, scope, quality, and business benefit.
• Add a level of enthusiasm and creativity to the project.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related technical field required

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid, 50% travel across India etc)
