Job Summary:
Managing the sales process from start to finish, including recording and monitoring sales, and ensuring timely delivery of purchased products. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, and with commercial partners, collaborating across various business functions to design and develop an integrated data system to aid in planning and managing an effective supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Spares Order Booking /Entry with commercial review Customer clearance
Activities like order entry, from commercial review till entries
Revolving plan updation of orders for Planning visibility
Logistics co-ordination like feasibility of consignments through aligned transporters,
Dispatch Insurance Intimation to customers
Vendor Registration Process Co-ordinating with Customers and internal Team
Overview of invoice Documentation and guiding Krishnamurthy for post-dispatch on documentation front
Monthly AR statements to Distributors and Customers
Preparing Invoice with thorough review on all commercial aspects for documentation
Treasury management including Letter of Credit, ABG and PBG
Follow up with customer any deviation and clarification for ABG, PBG and LC
Follow up communication with bank on above
Bank Guarantee and Letter of credit Vetting
Follow up penning Statutory C form
Payment follows up and Monitor customer account details and identify and investigate non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Basic Qualification:
Post Graduation or Engineering Graduation
4-5 years of experience
Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements:
Work from office (travel 20%)
