Assistant General Manager Sales

Roles and responsibilities:

• Revenue and margin Responsible for meeting residential sales target for the entire region as well
  as meeting sales target each sales member reporting to AGM
  
• Cross Functional Requirements
  
• Finance-InteractwithFinanceteamtoensurethatdata/informationonSalespipelineand

collections are correctly reflected. Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time against every project milestone. Report deviations to Sales Head and resolve in a timely manner.

• Operationsteam–SupportOpsTeamwithclientandprojectrelatedinformationasper company process
• Marketing–Work with marketing team to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize conversion of qualified leads to orders
• Market intelligence – Regularly gather competitor insights in your region of operation and report it to Sales head along with recommendations
  
• MIS Responsibilities - Prepare and report sales data regularly to Sales Head
  
• Process – Ensure each member of your sales team is following the process established by the company .
