Job Description
- Primary price negotiatoion with vendors Planning and despatch of live birds to processing plant and other customers.
- Monitoring the bird stock, body weight on daily basis Maintining the registers amd records related to birds lifiting, sales and DC.
- Folllow-up of feed withdrawal time in co-ordination with branch manager Periodical calibration and maintanance of weighing scales.
- Managing the weighment supervisor and lobors for birds lifting, in case arranged by FnH Verification of DC after weighment
- Updating the birds lifting and sales details to reporting manager and accounting department
- Payment collection post sale of live birds to the market
