Job Summary:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base.
- This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress towards targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
Sales and Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on pipeline and performance.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e. , marketing, creative, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop pricing strategies and sales plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
