- Need to be a volunteer and take on responsibilities for quick resolutions.
- Should take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of this role.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
- Willing to Interact with different countries customers in English.
- Interest to learn new technologies with a quick learning attitude.
- Flexible to work and adaptable to a rotational week off as per Companys Procedure.
- Any UG/PG Degree with basic Computer Handling Knowledge.
- Freshers only as Immediate Joiners.
- Must have own laptop to work

A great and wonderful working environment, honestly the office itself gives you a feel of home, Not to mention the amazing staff, who are always there and ready to assist you anytime The Training provided by Fresa Technologies is one of the best in the industry and its not just a one-time training but a Trainings are conducted on regular intervals for all workers
- Salary - Good
Would prefer a shorter working hour shift and also would prefer a two day holiday every week(saturday,sunday) instead of alternative week But thats just a personal Preference and nothing else
