Senior Executive - IT

Key Responsiblties:

1. Installing all types of windows with all standard software
2. Maintain all types of desktops/laptops/printers/UPS and networking in the head office & 15 stores.
3. Diagnose hardware & networking problems; rectify issues on time.
4. Check the desktop/laptop backup of HO systems.
5. HO & All Store Internet connectivity & Attendance Punching Machine should always be active/online.
6. Attend to daily base complaints of HO & Stores.
7. Maintain system inventory PC & asset handover form of laptop/mobile as well as all stores.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and support roles.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware maintenance.
4. Hands-on experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting IT hardware/software and network issues.
5. Familiarity with backup solutions and attendance management systems.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple locations and manage priorities effectively.
