Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of fabric and technologies, properties, and their applications.

Knowledge and experience of dealing with national and international manufactures of quality materials

Sourcing & Procurement:

Expertise in coscost-effectivet effective sourcing of high-quality fabrics and yarns from reliable suppliers.

High level of Ability to negotiate, contracts/ Agreements, prices, and terms effectively.

Market Analysis:

Ability to conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

Skills in analyzing market data to make informed purchasing decisions.

Negotiation , Communication & Collaboration Skills :

Strong Negotiation and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Ability to collaborate with design, production, and finance teams.

Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in analyzing the data and trends to ensure right procurement decisions.

Skills in using procurement and inventory management software. (ERP)

KRA (SMART)

Cost Savings: Reduce fabric procurement costs by negotiating better deals with suppliers and achieve reduction in cost as per Quality Standard.

Ensure the BOM management system to reduce the cost and enhance working capital.

Quality Improvement: Enhance the quality of sourced fabrics as per best International market standards.

Vendor Development and Management: Focus on vendor Development and management and retain the A and B Class Vendor at 100% rate.

Preferred candidate profile

5 + Years leading the procurement Fabric materials Independently

Having experience with Coated, fabrics, microfibers and accessories for footwear, luggage & apparels industry

Footwear / Luggage /Apparel / Gloves or equivalent Industry Candidates will be prefferable
