Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging with potential customers via phone calls and assisting them in choosing appropriate products/services.

- Providing information about the company's offerings, addressing customer queries, and closing sales.

- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age limit: Maximum 30 years

- Educational qualifications: Candidates must be Undergraduates or Graduates (candidates from technical background are not eligible to apply).

- Experience: Between 1 year to 3.5 years in telesales or a similar sales role.

- Languages: Fluency in both English and Hindi is a must, as this role involves communicating with diverse customers.

- Immediate joiners only: Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized.

Salary and Benefits:

- For freshers, the in-hand salary is 14.8k per month.

- For experienced candidates, the salary increases to 23k in-hand, with additional perks including a 3k attendance bonus and performance-based incentives (up to 3.8k).
