Lead Full stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (5-10 yrs)

Required Qualification :

- Should have worked on saas based projects.

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience

- Strong expertise in frontend architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks

- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams

- Deep understanding of web performance optimization and best practices

- Experience with system design and architectural patterns

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts

Technical Skills :

- Frontend : React/Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

- Backend : Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL

- Database : SQL and NoSQL databases

- Testing : Unit testing, integration testing, E2E testing

- DevOps : CI/CD, Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Version Control : Git, code review processes

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AI/ML integration in web applications

- Contributions to open-source projects

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Background in mentoring junior developers

- Experience with microservices architecture
