Job Description:

- Freakins is building India's largest and most loved bottomwear brand and we are obsessed with speed, efficiency, and eliminating waste. We own everything from raw materials and factories to retail stores and apps, and our supply chain needs to be flawless, analytical, and fully optimized.

- We need a highly analytical, execution focused, and automation obsessed operator who hates waste and is relentless in cutting inefficiencies across our entire business. This role is for someone who moves fast, builds systems, and scales operations at speed.

What you'll own:

Fullstack Supply Chain & Operations:

- Endtoend ownership of operations, warehousing, fulfillment, customer care, quality ops, and inventory turns.

- Eliminate waste at every level from factories to storefronts to warehouses to lastmile delivery.

- Run supply chain like a machine zero inefficiencies, full process automation, maximum throughput.

Inventory Management & Speed Optimization:

- Maximize inventory turns cut down stock holding periods, optimize distribution, and move products faster.

- Own and improve manufacturing TATs, inward TATs, delivery TATs, and return TATs.

- Hyperoptimize planning to prevent overstock, stockouts, and dead inventory.

Relentless Execution & Quality Control:

- Shrink manufacturing timelines by working closely with factories and suppliers to remove inefficiencies and delays.

- Ensure tight quality control at every stage raw material intake, production, warehousing, and dispatch.

- Reduce return rates by ensuring every product meets the highest quality and fit standards before reaching customers.

Process & Automation Obsession:

- Design and implement automated systems to reduce human dependency and improve accuracy.

- Tech & datadriven mindset you think in systems, data, and automation , not gut feel.

- Comfortable with AI tools to optimize supply chain processes and decision making.

- Pull your own data and build your own dashboards SQL, Looker, or R is a strong plus.

- Standardize and optimize every process to minimize manual interventions and errors.

Who You Are:

- Engineering undergrad from a toptier university (IITs, BITS, NITs, or equivalent) is a must.

- MBA from a top Bschool is a plus.

- 5 - 10 years of experience in fast fashion, apparel supply chain, or high SKU brands, inventory heavy operations mgmt.

- Highly analytical you live in data, dashboards, and structured problem solving.

- Tech and processdriven you think in systems, automation, and efficiency.

- Relentless executor you don't just manage; you optimize, cut waste, and push for faster execution.

- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a strong plus we love operators who think in lean, process driven methodologies.

- Deeply influenced by Eli Goldratt's school of thought constraint management, throughput optimization, and lean supply chains are your default mindset.

- Predict demand accurately , ensure the right SKUs land in the right locations at the right time.

- Identify and fix leakages, stockouts, and excess inventory before they happen.
