10 am to 7 pm office hours

Sunday Fixed off

Age - 18 yrs - 34 yrs

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional Academic Counselor to guide prospective students about our aviation, hospitality, and customer service training programs. This role involves counseling, answering queries, and assisting with course selection and enrollment.

Industry Exposure Required

• Good / Average communication in English mandatory and Can communicate in Hindi also.
• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.
• Lead Generation process
• Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students over the phone about training programs.
• Recommend suitable courses based on student needs.
• Manage lead follow-ups and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM.
• Meet counseling and enrollment targets.

Compensation Band

Fresher- 18,500 CTC Attendance bonus + Incentive

Experience - 40,000 CTC + Incentive
