Working time - 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
10 am to 7 pm office hours
Sunday Fixed off
Minimum Education - Graduates applicable
Work Experience - 0 months - 4 Years
Age - 18 yrs - 26 yrs
Gender - Female/ Male
Industry Exposure Required
- Good / Average communication in English mandatory and Can communicate in Hindi also.
- Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.
- Lead Generation process
- Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable
Job Role
- Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes.
- Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit
Compensation Band
Fresher- 18,500 CTC Attendance bonus + Incentive
Experience - 40,000 CTC + Incentive

Nothing I like I didn't like much anything about this organization it is average in few area and poor in most of the area it needs to work on this they have give good salary promotion to there old staffs as compared to new joiners
I didn't like about this organization it is average in the few areas and poor in most of the case no salary hike for old employees no promotion there is no hierarchy the area not given good salary to older employees 😔 who has spent years here
