The role

  • Hire, coach, mentor, and train team members to help them meet team targets
  • Source business through an extensive network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Coordinate with clients and lenders to handle end-to-end processing of Business/SME/Unsecured loan applications.
  • Compile client documents according to lender requirements, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders until loans are successfully disbursed.
  • Assist in business development by consistently adding new DSAs and clients through referrals and personal networking.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and review sales efforts to achieve sales targets within budget.
  • Prepare reports on territory functioning and performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Possess over 8 years of sales management experience in the banking, top NBFC, or fintech sectors, specializing in business loans.
  • Essential prior experience in Business/SME/Unsecured Loans through the DSA channel.
  • Have a substantial network of DSAs within the region.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets, with preference given to top performers within previous organizations.
  • Essential experience in team management.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Proven expertise in process orientation, solution orientation, and perseverance.
  • Hold a Masters degree from a recognized institution.
