Collections Manager

As a Collections Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the collections process, leading a team of collection agents, agencies and implementing effective strategies to improve debt recovery. This role requires someone with strong analytical and leadership skills, excellent communication, and a results-oriented approach. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align collections efforts with business goals, and you'll be pivotal in setting and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development
  
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection agents and external agencies to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
• Collection Strategy and Execution
  
• Develop, implement, and refine collections strategies and tactics to optimize recovery rates. Strong experience working in daily instalment structure (EDI).
• Analyze collection data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
• Design and execute specific strategies for various customer segments to improve recovery efficiency.
• Process Improvement and Reporting
  
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies during the collection process.
• Customer Interaction and Retention
  
• Resolve escalated cases and customer disputes professionally, maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Work with the Customer Success team to proactively address potential delinquencies and prevent defaults.
