Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.

- You will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to meet the company's evolving hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize recruitment efforts.
Sourcing & Candidate Outreach:
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Proactively engage with potential candidates to nurture relationships and strengthen the company's talent pool.
Candidate Screening & Selection:
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a structured and efficient selection process.
- Provide detailed feedback and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company's culture and values across recruitment channels.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven recruitment strategies.
Onboarding Support:
- Facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to new hire by collaborating with HR and hiring managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to enhance employee retention and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a D2C or startup environment.
- Sourcing experience from Naukri, IIMjobs and LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
