Customer Support Executive- Mutual FUND

Job description

• Execute all mutual fund orders such as buying and selling for clients.
• Ensure effectively that the client is paid the money and follow that the units is allotted to the clients.
• Knowledge of raising GST invoice is added advantage.

Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to:

• Contribute to efficient operation of the branch through accurate timely processing of customer related transactions and account maintenance.
• Ensure K YC documents submitted are processed and if any discrepancy it should be taken up with the clients.
• All order placed are paid by the clients and if not it has to be followed up.
• Support the branch operations officer in book-keeping and maintenance of documents.

Job Duties responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and AMFI policies for all processes related to mutual fund transactions

• Process order transactions.
• Placing order through online and also through physical mode
• Process requests for new account opening in NSE and MF Utility, transaction updation etc,
• Process customer service requests, Respond to customer service account inquiries such as statement ,Capital gains statement, balances, transaction details, statements and fees/charges.
• Address customer queries and grievances within the defined timelines and escalate when required to the appropriate authorities

Required Experience

2-4 years back office Experience in mutual fund distribution or AMC

Education / Preferred Qualifications

Graduate with any domain is acceptable.
