• To efficiently co-ordinate and assist with all residents arrivals
• Ability to greet departing Residents, proceed to take care of their baggage and escort to reception
• Delivers luggage to residences upon check-in and picks up luggage upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive
• Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Resolves residents complaints, assist them in all inquiries & connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

• One+ year experience working in hotels is considered an asset
• Strong Communication skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Good command over English Language
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
