To ensure that all the amenity spaces in the residence building is well taken care of and to make sure that any resident request is fulfilled without fail.
Tasks
Ensures that all the amenity spaces are ready for the service with pre and post service checks completed, staffs immaculately groomed and aware of service offerings at each amenity space.
Assist the residents with any food and beverage requirements at all the amenity spaces as required .
Ensure that all service areas are fully stocked will sufficient supplies.
Responsible fo r maintaining accurate inventory of all operational supplies and equipment s at all amenity spaces.
Assign daily tasks and follow-up on delivery.
Monitors the performance of Butlers . Assures that there are sufficient supplies stored. Checks cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets. Do Appraisa l for the reporting team member.
Complies with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact .
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Concierge, Guest service agent etc .
Additional Responsibilities
Covers short period of time the Residential Concierge desk and assists in any type of crunch in both Residences or hotel operations when required
