JOB TITLE: Project Manager – India Observatory
LOCATION: Anand (Gujarat)

FES invites applications from Personnel who have a passion and commitment to take up challenging roles.

• Constantly look for government entitlements, schemes and update in tools at pan India level to help communities in accessing entitlements and schemes;
• Create and distribute promotional materials to increase program visibility. Increase awareness of accessible technology and resources via various communication channels (social media, flyers, etc.). Enable the materials and tools in regional languages;
• Participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to promote tools;
• Provide assistance and training in the use of tools and maintain detailed records of training activities, participants and feedback;
• Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of training and capacity-building efforts.Provide ongoing support and follow-up after training programs;
• Take up any other task as deemed fit or entrusted/assigned by the reporting officer from time to time.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
 Post graduation in Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, or a related field.
 Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Proficiency in using social media and other communication tools.
 Ability to reach out to diverse communities and cultures.
 Proactive problem-solving skills.
