Job Description
- Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, manage invoicing, and ensure timely payments. Regularly update and maintain financial records and statements.
- Budgeting& Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, and contribute to financial forecasting exercises.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, timely filing of taxes, and manage statutory audits.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee office administration, manage inventory, facilitate procurement processes, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on finance and administrative matters.
- Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and updates to management.
- Team Support: Assist in organising team meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events or travel, if required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in accounting would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance in India.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
