Job Description

Desired Qualification:

MBA- Finance/CFA / CA with 10-12 years of Experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking.

KRA

1. Industry and Sector Analysis / Research

Undertaking research & analysis (qualitative & quantitative)

industry/sector analysis, market & company analysis in detailed review and

assessment of Mergers & Acquisitions transaction across industries/sectors.

Conducting desk research & analysis across geographies and industries/sectors using various source.

2. Financial Modelling

Sound working knowledge on Acquisitions analysis, financial analysis & Financial modeling, financial ratios and analysis (IRR, NPV, ROI etc.), Project analysis, Financial Forecasting/projections

3. Reports and Presentations

Organizing, analyzing, synthesizing and/or summarizing information and data (qualitative and quantitative) using appropriate analytical methodologies and framework, as necessary

Preparation of presentation materials such as investor presentations, information memorandums etc.

Delivering qualitative Profiles and Reports

4. MIS

Develop and Maintain MIS/ Database

5. Other

Staying abreast of industry/market/sector trends pertaining to the infrastructure and other sector

Client Handling and Liasoning

Skills:

Sound Knowledge of Analysis and Report writing

Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
