Cssd Technician

Role & responsibilities:

• Perform sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Maintain and monitor sterilization records and inventory.
• Assist in the preparation and packing of instruments for surgeries.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Diploma/Certification in CSSD or Sterile Services Technology.
• 1-3 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and NABH protocols.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Strong understanding of infection control standards.
