Sales Support: • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
• Provide support during sales meetings, presentations, and events. Order Management:
• Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Track order status and update customers and the sales team as required. Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and address their concerns promptly. Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contracts, invoices, and performance metrics.
• Generate regular sales reports and present insights to the sales manager. Coordination and Communication: e Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments such as logistics and finance. e Ensure seamless communication to resolve operational challenges. Market Research and Analysis:
• Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategies. Provide feedback to the sales team regarding market opportunities and customer needs. Administrative Duties: Organize and maintain sales documents, including contracts and proposals.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistical arrangements for the sales team.
