Engineer - Maintenance Dept. (Rubber Industry Experience Preferred)

Role & responsibilities:-

• Maintain daily electricity reading data
• Maintain daily water consumption data
• Maintain daily DG Unit generation and fuel consumption data
• Maintain daily records of breakdown
• Execute preventive maintenance as per plan
• Maintain spare consumption records
• Maintain history card record
• Attain Breakdowns
• Handle Shift Individually

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Should have knowledge about rubber injection moulding, mixing machineries, rubber process machineries, Lift, Utilities etc.
• Should have knowledge of MTTR, MTBF, Kaizen's Poka-Yoke.
