Ascent Manager

• Monitor analysts collaborating with suppliers to obtain their qualitative shipment plans for a minimum of first 13 weeks against Fords demand in ASCENT tool every week
• Collaborate with multiple skill teams at Ford [ Purchasing , Supplier Technical Assistance , MP&L. . ] that requires production mitigation actions with Interim Corrective Action (ICA) /Permanent Corrective Action(PCA) resolution from concerned DRI.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelors or higher degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration
• Minimum 12-15 years of Supply Chain Experience

• Represent in global forums on highlighting production risks across all Ford global plants
• Support monthly programming process by identifying real shortfalls using ASCENT.
• Support ISO audits for effective controls post business process establishment.
• Continuous process improvement to enhance value for the organisation.
• Develop Management report for the suppliers who are defaulting 13 weeks shipment plan and lagging quality inputs.
• Assess analyst workload and distribute evenly on periodical basis
• Drive the effort with suppliers to improve their delivery performance to Ford
