Purchase Analyst- Production Process

• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (Macros) Word, PowerPoint
• Plan, schedule and facilitate team meetings
• Plan and coordinate team activities and maintain versatility charts
• Daily follow-up for data analysis with buyer
• Collect all data s and prepare Dashboards , Night letter
• Use data analytical tools (Alteryx etc. , ) to improve and to automate processes

Flexiblity to work in different shift timings per business needs

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Technical / Non technical).
• 1 - 4 year s of experience preferred in Purchase data analysis

Understanding the Business Objective and Delivery as per business need

Procurement Data Analysis, exposure to tool and part cost.

Expertise in Reports & Dashboards

Communication (English), Multi cultural collaboration (Global)

Perseverance & Networking (interpersonal skills)

Swift response to customer requirement

Expertise in MS Office tools like excel, ppt etc

Supplier engagement.

Co-ordination with operations & commodity buyers.
