Site Accountant

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Accountant to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial activities on-site, including handling petty cash, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track petty cash on-site, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Process and verify site-related invoices and receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports for all site transactions.
• Support in budget tracking and ensure expenditures align with project budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for financial transactions and payments.
• Assist with payroll processing for site workers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
