Job Description

  • New Business Development : Identify and acquire new customers to drive business growth in line with assigned quotas.
  • Account Management : Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • GTM Strategy Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Customer Account Planning : Create and execute detailed account and opportunity plans to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Engagement : Work effectively with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, Solutions Sales Teams, and Executives, to ensure seamless account management and execution.
  • CRM Utilization : Use the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Channel Development : Drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies, developing partnerships with resellers and distributors to penetrate mid-market enterprises.
  • Enterprise Sales Execution : Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to close complex, high-value deals.
