We are seeking a versatile HR professional to be based at Corporate Office, at Nariman Point, Mumbai to support various functions of HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR activities including HR operations, payroll, compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Responsible for maintaining masters and managing transactions such as new joinees, transfers, salary changes, promotions, LWD in HRIS systems
Payroll & Compliance
- Collect and process data related to attendance, leave and other payroll inputs
- Develop and manage payroll processes for HO, plant and sales offices, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, arears, full & final statement
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements such as ESIC, EPF, and other about regulations, handling filings and submissions accurately and on time, maintaining compliance documentation and records
- Identify and mitigate compliance risk, including tax and labor law violations
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Manage complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements and development of job descriptions
- Develop and manage onboarding program ensuring smooth assimilation
Employee Communications & Engagement
Assisted in executing HR programs and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Requirement
- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, HR Generalist role
- MBA/MSW is desirable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and handle pressure situations
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and written communication
