MRO Engineer

a. Regular and proactive inspection visits, making on site and detailed health mapping reports and submitting it along with the offers, following up on the offers and getting the orders.
b. On average 8-10 health mapping reports and offers are to be generated on a weekly basis.
c. Conducting Training and knowledge sharing sessions for the customers to improve the uptime and for the right O M practices.
d. Delivering uptime
e. Owning and improving the grid uptime, the target is to achieve 95% uptime of FM assets in the grid.
f. Grid - The MRO engineer owns a grid of 80 -100 customers.
