Position Title - Assistant Manager - Software Development

Location - Waluj, CSN.

Role & responsibilities :-

• Responsible for developing/Guiding software engineers for software programs for SPM, Line Automation in Dot Net / VB / Java / ASP etc.
• Responsible for developing flow charts/ SRS for various applications including SPM, Automation NPD etc.
• Responsible for developing standard software products.
• Responsible for customizing existing software of SPM, Line Automation.
• Responsible for guiding software engineers to resolve/ troubleshoot issues in the existing SPM, Automation projects.
• Responsible for timely execution of projects in co-ordination with Project Manager.
• Responsible for effective monitoring of software engineers.
• Responsible for customer communication and understand customer requirement and provide a solution.
• Responsible for complying to company standards and reporting process of software team.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• BE in computer programming or equivalent with min 8 years of experience.
• Expertise in software programming in above mentioned softwares for SPM, automation projects.
• Ability to understand customer logic requirement.
• Ability to control and guide a team of software engineers.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams design, operations, sales, service, SCM etc.
• Ability to guide the team to trouble shoot customer issues on site.
