Candidate Profile:

Experience - 3-6 Yrs (Experience in Marking Automation Systems, Traceability Solutions, Material Handling systems, Conveyors, SPM, Automobile - Machining Lines & Assembly Lines).

Qualification - BE (Mechanical/Electrical).

Location Waluj , Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Basic working knowledge machine building as well as machine elements such as mechanisms, pneumatic, controls, sensors, etc.
• Detailed study of RFQ to understand the requirement from sales/customer end.
• Conceptualization of the requirement into a drawings/flow charts/architecture.
• Feasibility Study for different applications.
• Cycle time calculations of automation.
• Station and line concept building, Layout preparations with respect to expectations from customers.
• Knowledge of PLC, Servo Systems, Software, IOT systems, MES systems.
• Technical Proposal writing with clear understanding of inclusion clauses writing.
• Project Cost estimation as on when required.
• Deciding sales Price and giving to National sales heads as on when required.
• Knowledge on AutoCAD & 3D software.
• Excellent in verbal and written communications.
• Expert in latest Microsoft office products like word, excel, PowerPoint presentations.
