Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead and Guide a team of Project Owners, Mechanical, Electrical assembly and software persons.
• Responsible for Project Kick off to Project Closure.
• Responsible for execution cost control as per budgeted costs.
• Conformance to set processes of execution and QMS.
• Documentation as per QMS process.
• Carry out required SAP activities
• Timely Reporting to Management in MIS formats.
• Performance monitoring of reportees.

PREFERRED SKILLS:-

• Engineering knowledge regarding assembly processes of Special Purposed Machines (SPM) and Automation.
• Ability to drive and guide a team of project owners.
• Manpower handling.
• Excellent Communication ( Written & Verbal)
