Field Sales Manager

Experience:

2-5 years of Filed sales experience in the logistics/courier industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team. He will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and increasing sales revenue for our courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and growth.
3. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Service:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Marketing:

1. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
2. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.

Administrative:

1. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
2. Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
3. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Performance Metrics:

1. Sales revenue growth
2. Customer acquisition and retention rates
3. Sales pipeline management
4. Customer satisfaction ratings

Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and marketing knowledge

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bike and Valid driver's license is mandatory
