Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Understand the Mechanical issues in the process set up (both technical and operational)
- Taking Sample and analyze the abnormalities
- Identifying and escalating the issues in the production
- Monitoring Production KPI and Comparing with the standards and act accordingly
- Handling Maintenance during Plant shutdown Time
- Co-ordinate feedback from other members regarding opportunities for improvement
- Supervise activities and monitor the performance of CL
- Analyzing End to End Production Quality in the given Shift
Preferred candidate profile
- 2- 4 years in FMCG / Food Processing/ Glass or any process Industry in Maintenance or Production function
- Should have an experience in Equipment Operation - Filtration & Utility areas like Boilers, DG Set, Compressors, Raw Water Treatment Plant, Cooling towers, MCC Panel, Transformer , HT yard, Water storage tank, Routine & Break down Maintenance
