Job Description

Role Overview:
The BDA will engage patients who have filled out a form for a free consultation, assist with their treatment journey, ensure product purchases, and provide post-consultation support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Engagement:

  • Call patients who signed up for a free 15-minute consultation.
  • Confirm appointments and guide patients through filling out the preliminary questionnaire to gather basic details about their hair regrowth concerns.

2. Sales Conversion:

  • Guide patients to purchase prescribed treatments through our website after the consultation.
  • Highlight the benefits of the recommended products to encourage sales.

3. Post-Consultation Support:

  • Follow up with patients after their consultation to ensure satisfaction with the prescription and the purchase process.
  • Resolve any issues related to product orders or delivery.

4. Customer Education:

  • Educate patients on how to properly use their prescribed products and manage expectations for results.
  • Provide guidance on maintaining treatment consistency for best outcomes.

5. Data Management & Reporting:

  • Log all patient interactions, prescriptions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Report on sales, patient feedback, and any process improvements to the management team.

6. Collaboration with Team:

  • Coordinate with the medical and customer support teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights for continuous service improvement.


Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or relevant experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales or customer service, ideally in healthcare or e-commerce.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools, video conferencing, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Sales-driven with the ability to convert leads into purchases.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industries.
  • Familiarity with hair regrowth treatments.
