Job Description
- Resolve escalated issues for our users relating to payouts and payment acceptance
- Provide a high level of customer support via, while meeting goals for ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
- Help develop efficiency improvements and scalable solutions in the payments area
- Monitor the health of our financial systems and act as a first point of contact for escalating system-wide processing issues
- Work directly with our financial institutions
- Collaborate closely with other teams to investigate high-value orders or activity
6-Month Accomplishments:
- Familiar with Poshmark policies, support flows, and operational procedures
- Independently handle customer queries with ease
- Use back office tools to take appropriate actions on user accounts, orders, or redemptions
- Research orders, identify cross-functional teams involved, and collaborate effectively together
- Proactively communicate identified trends, patterns and risks with the team
12+ Month Accomplishments:
- Complete and exceed all 6-month responsibilities
- Take on additional responsibilities in order to support operations
- Ability to provide input to improve and streamline processes
- Work on a few ongoing projects at a time
- Become an expert with our various payment systems and understand how the ecosystem works together
Requirements:
- Minimum 0-1 year s operational, customer support or other applicable experience. Fresher s can apply
- Great attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve
- Customer service mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and strong teamwork skills
- Experience using customer support software preferred but not required
