Dot Net Lead

We are seeking a Senior .NET Core Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET Core and a proven track record of building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core and related technologies.
• Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs, ensuring application performance and stability.
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the development team.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and procedures.
• Continuous Integration: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Core.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
