FNZ Group - Senior Software Developer - LCDP (5-10 yrs)

Role Description :

We are assembling a new team to focus on integrating our FNZ Studio lowcode/no-code product with customer platform implementations.

We are looking for experienced senior software developers to join and contribute to the development of complex workflow solutions.

A minimum of 5 years' experience with an object-oriented programming language is required, though full training on the FNZ Studio platform will be provided.

You will focus on the hands-on design and implementation of solutions.

As part of this structured team, you will collaborate with professionals responsible for delivery, requirements gathering, user story development, technical configuration, and implementation, ensuring your work aligns with the ongoing development and enhancements of the FNZ Studio platform.

Beyond technical responsibilities, your lead role will involve coaching and mentoring junior developers, providing expert guidance on optimal solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

All work will adhere to high standards within an Agile delivery framework.

Role Responsibilities :

Technical Design and Solution Implementation :

- Contribute to the design and implementation of complex workflow solutions using FNZ Studio's low-code/no-code capabilities, ensuring adherence to FNZ Studio's design and implementation best practices while supporting the product's continuous enhancement and new feature releases.

- Design and configure end-to-end solutions that align with business processes, leveraging FNZ Studio's core features such as workflow automation, autogenerated data-driven UIs, and integration components.

- Develop and enhance API integrations between FNZ Studio workflows, other FNZ Products and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flows and alignment with technical specifications.

- Work with the team to address and resolve technical challenges within FNZ Studio, including workflow optimizations, custom implementations, and performance tuning.

- Provide feedback to the FNZ Studio Product team, helping shape its evolution to better align with customer needs.

- Work with team to ensure solution design is structured in a way that leverages FNZ Studio's strengths for smooth and effective implementation.

Advanced Development and Innovation :

- Translate complex financial business requirements into secure, highperformance, and scalable solutions.

- Develop reusable, maintainable, and performant solutions with FNZ Studio.

- Contribute to global initiatives by addressing key technical strategies and best practices across FNZ platforms.

Quality Assurance and Standards :

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and SDLC procedures for your individual work, while contributing to maintaining the team's overall quality standards Collaboration, Mentorship, and Communication :

- Collaborate with junior developers, offering support and guidance on platform expertise and best practices to help them grow in their roles, while working together to achieve technical goals.

- Foster collaboration by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and advocating creative solutions internally and externally.

Technology Innovation and Problem Solving: - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, proactively recommending improvements and innovations to FNZ platforms.

- Work with your team to resolve technical challenges, including environmental and testing issues, ensuring smooth development progress on individual tasks and solutions.

- Senior FNZ Studio Developers are key contributors to ensuring the solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and maintainability.

- You take ownership of configuration standards, ensuring workflows and integrations are aligned with FNZ Studio best practices.

- At this level, you lead by example, mentoring junior developers and driving excellence in solution delivery.

- You are responsible for leveraging FNZ Studio's capabilities to design scalable and robust solutions, maintaining visibility with key stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication and alignment of technical deliverables with business needs.

Experience required :

Primary requirements

- A master's or bachelor's degree in software development, information systems or technology.

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant.

Strong proficiency in core programming languages and web technologies, with a focus on developing high-quality solutions.

- Demonstrable proficiency in one core programming language (Java is preferred, but any OOP language is fine)

- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals: object-oriented, database, design patterns, Web Services, UML, and algorithms

- In-depth understanding of web technologies (HTML, Java Script Frameworks, CSS, Ajax, XML)

- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies

- Product-driven mindset: You will utilize the FNZ Studio Product to develop customer solutions, adhering to its established methodologies while contributing to its feature development through constructive feedback.
