Regional Tax Manager -

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Regional Tax Manager to oversee and manage all tax-related matters in India, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations while optimizing Flywire s tax strategy. This role will be responsible for tax planning, reporting, audits, and advisory functions, supporting business operations and financial decision-making in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of tax compliance in India, including direct and indirect taxes, corporate tax filings, and GST.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring Flywire remains fully compliant with local laws.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize efficiency and mitigate risks, aligning with Flywire s global tax policies.
• Manage tax audits and disputes, working closely with tax authorities, legal advisors, and external auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting, preparing tax provisions, reconciliations, and filings.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to support cross-border transactions and tax implications of business operations.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency in tax-related operations.
