Leverage project management expertise from previous experience and the wider
Work closely with Operations and Delivery Teams across Flutter Group
Own end-to-end delivery of customer initiatives, leading each of the stages through early discovery, planning, build and land
Work with Data, Product and Technology to ensure plans are complete, accurate, up to date and communicated
Set up and govern well defined communication channels
Manage issues and risks ensuring these are owned, managed and communicated appropriately
Align the many contributing teams through strong dependency management
Support your teams and colleagues, working within your network to help unblock impediments
Work with Change Management team to ensure successful change implementation and embedment
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE We are currently looking for a creative and pragmatic project manager with a can-do attitude. You`ll take responsibility for the effective delivery of multiple projects within our busy Operations portfolio. If you have experience working with both technical and non-technical teams, possess proactivity, phenomenal attention to detail and ability to plan and multi-task effectively, you`ll be a perfect fit for the role.
Experience:
Understanding and demonstrable experience in the use of Project Management principals and methodologies
Experience with Operations, IT, HR and acquisition projects would be beneficial
Management of business structures, able to work in a highly functional environment of technical folk who each own their own area of expertise
Specifically, you have a solid track record of delivering better customer experiences, whilst delivering major product and system improvements and supporting significant business growth.
Previous experience of delivering projects
You will have planning techniques experience, bringing together wide and diverse groups to produce accurate and achievable timelines which include key milestones and checkpoints
An innovative, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Behavioural Skills:
Leadership skills and ability to influence teams & middle management with your knowledge and experience of delivery
Self-motivated individual who is highly organized, driven and can work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to build strong working relationships both internal and external to the OPS, throughout all levels of the organization

Strong communication skills, be a clear, adaptable, and confident communicator being concise, both in written and in verbal communications
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple activities at a time
Technical expertise and knowledge:
Recognized Project Management Certification is a plus (e.g. PMP, AgilePM, PRINCE2)
Minimum 3 years experience in project management
Expert level report and presentation producing skills
Accurate and methodical with strong attention to detail
Strong sense of accountability and prepared to take ownership of problems and issues to deliver a prompt, satisfactory outcome
Working experience using tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint and Slack, will be highly desirable
Experience in a real-time (e.g.: Chat or IM) customer service operations and the e-gaming industry is a plus
