As our Manager - Analytics (Financial Analysis), you will play a pivotal role in financial analytics, leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions and improve financial performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze complex financial data, optimize transaction processes, and uncover actionable insights that enhance efficiency and profitability.

• Analyze transactional and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key financial metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows and ensure compliance with financial standards.

• Design and implement data models to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

• Solve complex business problems through detailed financial analysis and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all financial reporting processes.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.

• Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles, and analytics.

• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges.

• Data-Driven Approach: Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights effectively.

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in financial analytics or a related field, with a track record of driving impactful business decisions.
