Job overview
As a Business Consultant in the Co-Founders Office, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to shape the strategic footprint of the organisation. Acting as a thought partner to the business, you will tackle complex business challenges, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and enhance internal efficiencies. You will work alongside CXOs and department heads to drive key growth-oriented initiatives and ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and Co-Founder to shape, drive, and oversee the organisation s strategic roadmap.
- Take the lead on high-priority initiatives and special projects, driving impactful outcomes that align with the organization s strategic vision and goals.
- Support in preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership discussions.
- Collaborate with CXOs and department heads to refine workflows and enhance processes, ensuring a consistent and effective operational rhythm across the organization.
- Conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities in existing ways of working and recommend actionable improvements.
- Develop and drive strategic frameworks, execution plans, and performance-tracking mechanisms across various business functions.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams to drive seamless execution of strategic projects.
- Proactively Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating market trends, evolving customer preferences, and innovations in the gaming industry, positioning the organization to proactively adapt and lead.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, founders office roles or a related function
- Proven experience in working with leadership teams, driving cross-functional initiatives, and managing large-scale strategic projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
- Experience in tech-first, gaming, or high-scale digital businesses is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution is preferred but not mandatory.
