Job Description:.
- Community Creation & Management through all social media platforms and online sites e. g Quora, Reddit, Wiki how, etc.
- Social Media Listening/ Monitoring (Using relevant tools for same).
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Keep a tab on the daily trends and content, and accordingly update the team about the same.
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and Audience Analysis for brands.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e. , original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Managing IMPM Instant Messaging Platform Marketing.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e. , Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
- Analysing running campaigns.
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns.
- Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity.
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers Mainly for the BIG 4 social media platforms i. e Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and then the other platforms LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, etc.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers.
- Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Generate reports as per the client and management's requirements.
- Understand client requirements and work on the deliverables accordingly.
- Should be able to drive the narrative of the campaign through the dissemination process.
Requirement:.
- Socially sound and experienced in using social media platforms.
- Has to be an excellent leader and should possess good oral and written skills to communicate.
- Should have a good command of Marathi & English Language.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Should possess on-time updating and reporting skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with any Task Management Software like Asana and Wrike.
