As the ABM Specialist, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing personalized marketing campaigns and strategiestailored to specific target accounts. You will collaborate closely with salesteams to identify target accounts, create customized messaging and content, andorchestrate multi-channel marketing efforts to drive engagement, pipelinegrowth, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Account-BasedMarketing Strategy:
o Develop and implement comprehensive ABMstrategies aligned with sales objectives and target account priorities.
o Identify key decision-makers andinfluencers within target accounts and develop personalized marketing plans toengage and nurture them throughout the buyers journey.
o Leverage data-driven insights and marketintelligence to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and tailormarketing initiatives to address specific account needs and pain points.
Account Segmentation and Targeting:
o Work closely with sales teams to defineideal customer profiles and account segments based on firmographic,technographic, and behavioral criteria.
o Conduct account research and analysis tounderstand the business challenges, goals, and buying triggers of targetaccounts and develop targeted messaging and value propositions.
Personalized Content Development:
o Collaborate with content marketing andcreative teams to develop customized content and collateral tailored to targetaccount personas, industries, and pain points.
o Create personalized marketing assets,including email campaigns, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, andpresentations, to engage and educate target accounts throughout the salescycle.
Multi-ChannelCampaign Orchestration:
o Coordinate multi-channel marketingcampaigns across digital, social, email, direct mail, and events to reachtarget accounts through relevant touchpoints and channels.
o Utilize marketing automation platforms andABM tools to deliver personalized and timely messages to target accountcontacts and track campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Measurementand Optimization:
o Define key performance indicators (KPIs)and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of ABM initiatives in drivingaccount engagement, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
o Monitor campaign performance, analyze datainsights, and iterate on strategies to optimize targeting, messaging, andcampaign effectiveness.
