The Manager of Agile Delivery and Transformation will lead a team of Agile coaches in applying Agile principles, toolsets, and frameworks to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of product development teams.
In this role you will:
Choose the right Agile tools and frameworks for the right conditions and apply them to lead a positive, productive, and efficient team
Create clear, data-focused reports to track progress and guide decision-making
Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement outcomes
Continuously evaluate, manage, and optimize Agile tools and processes
Facilitate ongoing product development processes and reporting
Coordinate process improvement initiatives that optimize product development and delivery

Nice to have: Experience applying Agile methods to cyber-physical (integrated hardware + software products) or hardware products; experience in JIRA administration; certification and knowledge of Agile methods, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Kanban-EXP, SAFe, MAHD, etc.
