QA QC Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of products to identify any defects or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track and communicate quality control metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Diploma / B Tech

Experience: 8 Yrs to 12 Years

Industry: Steel Fabrication / Oil and Gas / Piping

Expertise: Knowledge in Preparation of WPS / PQR / PQP / Knowledge in Standard EN / ASTM / ASME

Certification: CSWIP / Bgas will be an advantage
